Disappointing

Traveller Type: young couple
: Really nothing to like was very disappointed with everything.
: They said fava beans were the typical Egyptian breakfast. It's not. Not even close. The owner has his son work the restaurant and the only thing that comes out of it is fava beans. They changed the price on us even though I booked online they said it was different room. I don't like ppl who lie and are not truthful

: I like the fact the room was spacious
: The cleaners don't do their job well, they are always sitting in the hallway. I could see they don't do their jobs well because the bed sheets had hair in it and also the sink had eye lashes all over it I asked for local information in the reception and I was given the wrong information.

: In general, the hotel represents good value at budget level. It's location is central with plenty of things around and close by including a few supermarkets and lots of places to eat. The room was a reasonable size for the price and it was clean. Staff did their best to help their guests and there was always someone available during the whole day.
: Wi-Fi did not connect in my room which was a drawback and some blankets would have been good since it was early January and rather cold. Even though it was a budget hotel, breakfast could have been a little more than just one bread roll and some pitta bread.
